Andrew Tate Kickboxing Career: The Life of King Cobra

So, that bald guy is Andrew Tate. He is a social media influencer who became famous in 2022 after making a few controversial statements. But before any of this, he was a kickboxer in England. Who Is Andrew Tate?

Before knowing about Andrew Tate kickboxing career, we first have to know who he is. Andrew Tate is a 37-year-old former British American Kickboxer and internet celebrity. He was born in Washington, DC, to Emory Tate, an American International Master of Chess player. His mother’s nationality was British and Andrew lived in America for most of his life,. However, after his parents took a divorce, his mother took him and his younger brother, Tristan, to The UK with her. He always had a good perception of his dad and aspired to become like him. Tate is also a prolific Chess player and has showcased his skills in interviews, like the one with British journalist Piers Morgan. 

Andrew Tate Kickboxing Career Start

Andrew Tate kickboxing career started in 2006 when he was 19 years old. From the beginning of Andrew Tate kickboxing career, he was fighting tough competition. His first fight was against a seasoned veteran, Scott Gibson. Andrew lost this fight via TKO from an overhand right. This, however, was the beginning of Andrew Tate kickboxing career, and there was still a lot to come. Unfortunately, he also lost his second fight via unanimous decision. 

This was the height of bad luck for Andrew Tate kickboxing career. After his first two losses, he went on to win 3 of his next fights in a row and was challenged for the ISKA full-contact cruiserweight British championship in a fight with another kickboxing veteran, Paul Randall. Andrew won the fight via 1st round TKO. This was the first championship in Andrew Tate kickboxing career and helped him put his name on the map. Next, he scored 2 KO wins to fight for the vacant ISKA World Light Heavyweight title against Jean-Luc Benoit, which, unfortunately, he lost via decision after a 12-round banger.   This was the first major setback in Andrew Tate kickboxing career. However, in his next fight, he challenged Jean-Luc Benoit for the title and won in devastating fashion. He won the ISKA world light heavyweight championship in the 8th round via TKO (Technical Knock Out). This was the first world title in Andrew’s collection of titles. 

After winning his maiden world championship, Andrew changed his organisation and went to Enfusion, a kickboxing tournament, to decide the best kickboxers on the planet. He had a rough start where he won a few fights and lost the others. One of those losses was against a renowned kickboxer, Vincent Petitjean, in 2011. However, after amassing a few wins, he challenged Vincent again for the ISKA world light-cruiserweight championship, which he won by decision and went on to win his next 3 fights, defending his belt in the process. Then, in 2014, he reentered the Enfusion tournament and won the Enfusion Live World Heavyweight Title against Wendell Roche. After successfully defending it 2 times, Andrew lost the title to Ibrahim El Boustati in 2016. Unfortunately, he suffered an eye injury in this fight and decided to retire. This marked the end of Andrew Tate kickboxing career. Well, not quite, because he came back in 2020 to participate in three fights, all of which he won via TKO, two of them in the very first round. This was the official and final end of Andrew Tate kickboxing career.

Life After Kickboxing

After Andrew Tate kickboxing career was paused in 2016, he started his various business ventures. For starters, he appeared in a British reality show called Big Brother. This is where, according to Tate, he found out that he has a very strategic mindset. However, his time on the show was cut short after the producers kicked him out just 6 days into the shooting, citing a video of Tate where he was seen hitting a woman with his belt. 

This is where King Cobra was fading in the darkness, and the Top-G was starting to emerge. Tate started an online platform by the name of Hustler’s University. Where he allegedly used to teach people about ‘Toxic Masculinity’ and ‘Misogyny’. 

Tate was also accused of rape, human trafficking and abuse against many women, and due to these accusations, he was arrested by the Romanian police along with his brother Tristan and all of his assets. However, Andrew is now free after all the charges on Andrew were dropped due to a lack of evidence. As of now, Andrew is living in Romania along with his family and his brother.

Andrew might have had some troubles in recent years, but that doesn’t change the fact that he was one of the top kickboxers of his time. With a record of 76-9, Andrew Tate kickboxing career was one of the best, and he attributes his success to the teachings of his father and the support of his brother, Tristan. Andrew now lives on the internet and is one of the most famous people in the world right now. Some people agree with his mindset, while some deny it. However, one thing none of us can deny is his kickboxing prowess.
