By The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 has reached its Super 8 stage, and the groups and fixtures have been confirmed. Out of 16 teams, 8 teams have qualified for the next round.
Team division
There are 8 super qualifiers: India, USA, Australia, England, West Indies, Afghanistan, South Africa and Bangladesh these teams will be divided into 2 groups:
- Group A: Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, India
- Group B: South Africa, England, USA, West Indies
India, West Indies, Australia, and England are former T20 World Cup winners among the Super 8 Qualifiers. The Super Eight matches will be played in four West Indies venues: Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Each team will play against every other team in the group once, and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played in Trinidad, Tobago, and Guyana on June 26 and 27, respectively.
